What data I process

Through the contact form I process the data you provide yourself: your name, email address, optionally the project type and the text of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

I use the data solely to handle your inquiry and for follow-up communication about possible cooperation. The legal basis is negotiations towards entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the controller in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

I keep the data for the time necessary to handle the inquiry, at most for the duration of our communication and possible cooperation. After that, it is deleted.

Data sharing

Messages are delivered via Resend, Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA) as the email delivery processor. The website runs on the Vercel, Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA) platform. Your data is not shared with any other third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

International transfers

The processors listed above (Resend Inc. and Vercel Inc.) are based in the United States of America — a third country outside the European Economic Area. Transfers of personal data are made on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR, or on the basis of the processor's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Commission Decision 2023/1795). Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, data portability, and the right to raise an objection. If you raise an objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), I will stop processing your data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use cookies. Traffic analytics (Vercel Analytics) is anonymous, stores no cookies that could identify you and collects no personal data. The website only stores functional settings you choose yourself in your browser (localStorage) — your selected theme (light / dark) and a draft in the website planner. This data stays only on your device and is not sent anywhere.
